123Robot® Tech Creators is a hands-on technology holiday camp for young people aged 9–17 who want to explore robotics, programming, electronics, artificial intelligence and 3D design.
Learners begin with block-based programming before being introduced to MicroPython and text-based programming. They work with microcontrollers, sensors, motors and robotics systems to create and control real projects.
The camp combines coding, engineering and digital fabrication, giving learners the opportunity to turn ideas into working technology.
What You'll Explore
Learners will work with real technology including microcontrollers such as ESP32 and Raspberry Pi Pico, electronics, sensors, AI cameras and 3D design tools.

Get hands-on with motors, sensors and movement, the building blocks behind our custom-made two-wheel robot.

Start with visual programming and learn how code can control robots and electronic systems.

Progress to text-based programming and use MicroPython to control real hardware.

Learning Requirements
No previous robotics or programming experience is required.
The camp is suitable for beginners as well as young people who already have experience with coding, electronics or robotics. Activities can be adapted to different levels of experience.
Basic computer skills and an interest in technology are recommended.
Equipment
123Robot® will provide the robotics equipment, electronics, microcontrollers, sensors and project components required during the camp.
3D Printing Take-Home Project
Each participant can print up to 2 simple objects to take home during the camp.
To ensure that everyone has the opportunity to complete their projects, each print must:
- Take less than 15 minutes to print.
- Fit within a maximum size of 50mm × 50mm.
Larger or more complex designs may be suitable for printing after the camp.
Continue Building at Home
Participants can also purchase our custom-made 123Robot® kits, giving them the opportunity to continue practising robotics, programming and engineering at home.

This is a practical, project-based holiday camp. Learners should be prepared to participate actively in building, programming, testing and problem-solving activities.
The camp is designed as an intensive hands-on experience. Activities can be adjusted to suit different levels of previous experience.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does my child need previous robotics experience?
No. Beginners are welcome. The camp is also suitable for young people who already have experience with coding, robotics or electronics.
What age is the holiday camp for?
The camp is designed for young people aged 9–17.
What will learners use?
Learners may work with custom 123Robot® robots, ESP32 or Raspberry Pi Pico microcontrollers, MicroPython, sensors, motors, AI cameras, CAD software and 3D printers.
What if my child has already attended one of your sessions?
That's absolutely fine. We have a range of projects, challenges and activities that can be adapted to different levels of experience, so returning learners can continue developing their skills and be challenged with new tasks.
Can my child take their 3D prints home?
Yes. Each participant can print up to 2 simple objects during the camp. Each object must fit within 50mm × 50mm and take less than 15 minutes to print.
Do you offer a sibling discount?
We may be able to offer discounts for siblings attending the same camp. Please get in touch with us before booking to discuss your requirements.
Can I buy a 123Robot® kit?
Yes. Our custom-made 123Robot® kits are available separately, allowing participants to continue building and programming at home.
Can you run the holiday camp or similar activities in my school?
Yes. We can deliver robotics, coding and technology activities in schools and have experience working with schools and young people in educational settings.
